1. How do I place an order?
Once you have selected your product(s) of interest, add the product(s) to the cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “cart” and proceed to checkout and pay for your chosen item(s).

2. How do I pay for my order?
Because we value our customers well being, we offer the world’s most secure payment system on the Internet, PayPal. You can safely make debit/credit card payments through this system via your PayPal account or guest checkout. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.

Your transactions are guaranteed safe and secure through PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply log-in and complete your transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may choose the PayPal Guest option at the checkout page.

3. What is your order and shipping process?
All orders will be shipped after payment has been processed.  Allow 3-5 business days for payment to be processed. Once your payment has been cleared, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM EST will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 5PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.


Robin’s Runway Boutique does not ship orders on the weekend or holidays. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail® for 2-3 Day Service Standard with a delivery confirmation.

4. Where can I find my order delivery confirmation?
All order confirmations will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or email us at info@shoprobinsrunway.com.

5. What is your refund/exchange policy?
Please note that all FINAL SALES cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Customer satisfaction is highly important to us and we make sure that we carefully and thoroughly inspect all merchandise before delivery. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange an in stock item - unworn and in its original condition (tags included) within 5 business days of receiving it.

*Please note that the costs of the return postage are the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a defect in your item.
